Rune Breathing

Rune breathing and Stances are the most important part of the system as all else flows from this.

The breathing and stances are performed twice a day Morning and evening to welcome the

Sunrise and Sunset. But as most people will find these days, time seems to be controlling

our every day actions.So once a day, to fit into our busy life styles, seems to work for most people.

The breathing and stances are taught in five different mind sets: Trel, Karl ,Herse, Jarl & Konge,

these all have a different breathing pattern and stances to align with the mind sets.

We normally teach the Trel breathing first as it is the less complicated, and it lets you concentrate on

controlling your breathing.Each rune has a Stance and is done right sided in the morning and then

left sided in the evening.( depending on the mind set you are using.)
